2007; Weddington Town council approved Infinity Partners Residential
Development (PRD) for The Woods Subdivision. Initial plans indicated
and approved for a Septic community.
- March 10, 2008;
Union County Board of Commissioners denied a ‘Pump Station’ request
by Infinity Partners, the builders of The Woods subdivision in Weddington
- April 28, 2008;
NC Division of Water Quality Issued Permit to IB Development, LLC, for
construction of a private wastewater treatment plant for The Woods
- May 19, 2008;
Weddington’s Planning Board unanimously votes “No” on IB
Developments plans for a private wastewater treatment plant for The
Woods.
- June 9, 2008;
Weddington Town Council will propose a public hearing to review and
consider The Woods conditional use permit for a private wastewater treatment
plant.
- June 23, 2008;

Town Council Meeting to call for Public Hearing
